Our Story

Hi! My name is Delana Ball and I'm the proud owner of Sabaidee Coffee and Crepes. I'm a passionate person, passionate about people, coffee, and Life!

How it all started...

In 2007, I quit my job at the University of Toledo and moved to Laos for seven years to be a missionary. I loved it and loved helping the people of Laos! In 2014, I came home with a word and a vision from God to start a coffee shop.

Throughout this journey, I was led to Tiffin, Ohio. I loved the community and all of the wonderful college students who I had gotten to know! In 2016, I won the best entrepreneur award for the best small business in Seneca County. I was able to host small groups, bible studies and music events at the shop.

Eventually, we launched Sabaidee Expresso, Our coffee bus. We would take the bus to fairs, markets and events across the region while still running the shop in Tiffin. This was such a humbling and faith building experience that I am

I had always known that the Tiffin shop would be a stepping stone for the rest of what God had in store for the business and ministry of Sabaidee. So, in 2020, we sold the shop in Tiffin. We made the big move with the bus and stationed it in Oregon, OH. for a year. It was a nice change with great people and a lot of growth on Coy Rd. With a sudden change of events, I had to change the Sabaidee Expresso bus status from a stationary location to a traveling one. I am now taking the  bus to different events and locations weekly throughout the year. Who knows what the next chapter will have in store! I'm looking forward to the people and communities I will reach with this new adventure.
